These terms of use govern your use of the SA Clean Car Wash website and related pages (the “site”). They also describe the basic rules for booking washing and detailing services that you first learn about here. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please leave the site and do not send a form. SA Clean Car Wash is a trusted car cleaning service in South Africa. Information on this site describes our services in general. It is not an offer, a fixed quote, or a professional guarantee of a specific result for every vehicle. A photograph of a Saturday shine does not promise that the same bay time, package, or finish will be available next week. Weather, water supply, and staffing all change. A wash begins only after we confirm a time or you arrive and we accept the vehicle into the bay, and any paid detailing package begins only after the price is confirmed. Until then, the pages are a picture of how we usually work, not a ticket.
If a page mentions a price, that figure is a guide. Cleaning products, water, and labour have real costs that move. We will tell you the current amount before you need to pay. We do not take card payments through this website. Nothing on the site creates an employment relationship, a club membership, or a duty to store your vehicle overnight. A driver who books an express wash is not automatically booked for a full detail.
When you bring a vehicle for washing or detailing, you agree to treat our team with ordinary respect and to remove valuable items from the cabin when asked. Car washing involves water, chemicals, and movement around a vehicle. You remain responsible for informing us of fragile parts, recent paintwork, or aftermarket finishes that need special care. Wear suitable footwear if you stay near the bay, and tell an attendant if you need to leave before the wash is finished.
We may refuse or pause a wash when the weather is unsafe, when water supply is interrupted, when a vehicle presents a safety risk, or when we do not have enough staff. We will try to write or call using the details you gave us. If you arrive after we have closed or after your slot has passed, we are not responsible for a wasted trip. Do not assume that an empty bay is free for your car. Look for the attendant and the usual queue. Late arrivals may wait for the next open slot if the bay says it is safe.
Results depend on the condition of the vehicle. Heavily soiled paint or deep interior stains may need more than one visit. Please inspect the vehicle before you leave the bay and raise any concern while you are still with us.
Photographs, text, wash notes, the wash mark, and the layout of this site belong to SA Clean Car Wash or to people who licensed them to us. You may view them for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, or republish them without written permission. You may not use our name to suggest we endorse a product, a club, or a political message. If you send us a photograph of your own vehicle, you confirm that you have the right to send it and that we may use it to describe the wash unless you ask us not to.
Do not misuse the site. Do not run automated harvesting against our pages. Do not try to break security. Do not post unlawful, hateful, or misleading content through our forms. Do not impersonate another customer or a staff member. Do not upload files that contain malware. We may refuse or delete a message that looks like spam, and we may block an address that repeats the same abuse. A form is for a genuine enquiry about washing, detailing, or a wash note.
Maps, social networks, and other sites that appear beside our pages are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, or their own terms. If you open a map to find 47 Bree St, you leave our site and you deal with that map service directly. The same is true if you open a social profile from the footer icons.
The site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a wash described on a page will take place exactly as written. To the extent allowed by South African law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the site, from a cancelled wash, or from ordinary cleaning contact with a vehicle during a bay visit. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence where the law does not allow that limit. You should tell us about valuable or fragile items before we begin.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Courts in Cape Town have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law requires otherwise. If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms for later visits.
